In the past positions, he worked as an opera Conductor, Assistant Conductor and Pianist\/Coach in Tokyo. Mr. Toda has been engaged by a variety of professional opera companies and orchestras, including, New National Theatre Tokyo, the RAI Torino Symphony Orchestra, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra. \u00a0Throughout his career, he has worked with world famous opera singers and conductors including Guiseppe Giacomini, Kurt Moll, Dan Ettinger, Phillip Auguin, and others. His operatic repertoire includes over 60 complete operas, including several Wagner\u2019s productions. He also performed in several world premiere opera productions including \u201cOsude\u201d by Janacek and \u201cDas Verratene Meer\u201d by Henze.\u00a0 Mr. Toda had served as the Music Director of Houston Grand Opera\u2019s Opera to Go program for several years. He has presented several world premiere productions and has performed throughout Texas. His article about the Houston Grand Opera\u2019s \u201cOpera to Go!\u201d program was published in the Ongaku-no Tomo-sya, the renowned Japanese Classical music magazine. He also served as the Assistant Conductor\/Head Repetiteur with Opera in the Heights, also as an Assistant Conductor\/Pianist Coach with Gilbert and Sullivan Society Houston. Other engagements include a performance for President George H. W.
