Hee-Pyoung Oh<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

Hee-Pyoung Oh,\u00a0baritone and Native Korean, graduated from\u00a0Korean National University of Arts, School of Music.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He came to University of Texas at El Paso last year and currently studies\u00a0 with Dr. Sang-In Han.<\/span><\/p>\n

He won the\u00a0Kwanju\u00a0International\u00a0Voice Competition, Korea (Daegu) Voice Competition and the Bimok Voice Competition in Korea.<\/span><\/p>\n

He was\u00a0winner of the NATS Competition Rio Grande Chapter (Adult Division 1st Place & Most promising singers Award).<\/span><\/p>\n

Hee-Pyoung has numerous performed concert, oratorio, and opera roles such as Falstaff in FALSTAFF by Verdi, Maestro in “Prima musica poi le Parole” by Salieri and oratorio bass soloist such as “Massiah” by H\u00e4ndel, “Messe in G-dur\/Jubelmesse” by Weber, “Coronation Mass” by Mozart, Cantata “BWV 106 (Actus tragicus) by Bach.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the summer of 200, he has performed at the Seoul Internatioal Artsong Festival Concert.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hee-Pyoung Oh\u00a0is currently\u00a0studying for his Master\u2019s degree in performance\u00a0at the University of Texas in El Paso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
