Robyn Marie Lamp<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

Australian – American soprano, Robyn Marie Lamp is quickly gaining recognition for her beautiful robust voice and captivating stage presence.\u00a0 In a recent concert, Robyn was described as \u201cdisplaying a wonderful covered sound that blossomed richly as the music ascended.\u201d (Considine, The Boston Musical Intelligencer) <\/span>
\n Most recently Robyn was seen portraying Fiordiligi in Mozart\u2019s Cos\u00ec fan tutte with Opera del West. In June of 2014, Robyn will be heading to New York City as a Bel Canto Young Artist with Caramoor, where she will be cover Angela Meade in the title role of Lucrezia Borgia.\u00a0 Robyn was also seen on stage at Sarasota Opera as an Apprentice Artist in the 2014 season.\u00a0 Robyn is also excited to be on the artist roster of Boston Opera Collaborative for the 2013-2014 season. <\/span>
\n Robyn has been seen on the stage singing Donna Elvira from Mozart\u2019s Don Giovanni, Susanna from Mozart\u2019s Le nozze di Figaro, Mim\u00ec from Puccini\u2019s La boh\u00e9me, the dragonfly from Ravel\u2019s L\u2019enfant et les sortileges, and many others. <\/span>
\n On the concert stage, Robyn was most recently seen performing Haydn\u2019s Lord Nelson Mass with Newburyport Choral Society. She has also performed Mozart\u2019s Vesperae solennes de confessore, Faur\u00e9\u2019s Requiem, Handel\u2019s Messiah, Vivaldi\u2019s Gloria, and Seely\u2019s Brave Souls & Dreamers.<\/span>
\n In January of 2012 Robyn placed third in the Gulf Coast Region of the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions.\u00a0 She was also a winner of the Louisiana District that same year.\u00a0 Competitions in which Robyn has placed include the Shreveport Opera Singer of the Year, the Florida Suncoast Opera Guild, Just Love to Sing!, and the Artist Series of Sarasota.<\/span>
\n Ms. Lamp holds a Master of Music degree from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Music from Florida Atlantic University.\u00a0 Ms. Lamp is currently in the voice studio of Manny Perez.<\/span><\/p>\n
